I had a very poor experience using Talabat. The customer service is highly disappointing—responses take too long, and when they do reply, they rarely offer any real solution or take responsibility for issues. On top of that, the app itself is quite unreliable and often glitchy, which makes placing an order unnecessarily frustrating. The “offers” advertised are also questionable, as they tend to include hidden conditions and frequently don’t apply during checkout, which feels misleading.
