I want to give zero rating but not possible here. I requested for service through online, I got million calls from act agents. Everyone I called first register for me and ignore other person. Such an unprofessional CSR. Second thing: at the time of subscription they said they will install in 48 hours. Now its been six days , no one responding. Every time they simply say I raised a complaint ticket. But no use of that. I lost two wfh days. Please dont ever consider Act fibernet if you have tight schedule or wfh.
