I have had a love-hate relationship with one of the other big Remit services for almost 4 years now. After all of the ups and downs, hiccups and speed bumps that I had thought I had to tolerate to use a safe Remit service, I open my app the other day to find I couldn’t use it. Customer service via chat was vague and non-transparent about why, and eventually the agent just told me to have a nice day and disconnected on me!
