PNC Zelle

When I called PNC due to a Zelle issue, the customer service person asked for my security information which I was happy to provide. After passing all the questions, he continued by asking me for my last four account debits which I gave him. But then, he started lecturing me about why I should be careful with Zelle and asked if I trust the person I was sending money to via Zelle to which I answered yes, I’ve known this person for a long time.
