Jessica works in the Kankakee Branch and is excellent at making Zelle work easy! I rate her a 20 as she went way beyond my expectations at customer service. She was smiling, happy to help from start to finish. I told her of my bad experience from the weekend and I didn’t appreciate the fact if I had a question or problem I had to make an appointment!
