Not sure how this app got so many good reviews like this! But it is terrible!!!!!! It takes forever to load my loan details, and still doesn’t load it at all. Absolutely useless. Their website is not any better! Unfortunately my lender transferred me over to this terrible company to service my loan, but my experience has been terrible! First payment I submitted on their website, it triple withdraw the amount of money! Sitting auto payment is painful and confusing! Their app doesn’t even work!
