Very disappointed in this stay. Requested an early check-in at 1pm, at 12:28pm they told me the apartment would be ready in 30 mins. Never heard from them again and randomly got a “not approved” email about the early check-in at 3:30pm. Sat outside the apartment from 1:00pm to 4:00pm waiting to chec-in, since they told me 30mins at 12:28pm. Then, when we did get in, the place was not clean at all. The shower was so disgusting, and was covered in black mold. The linens were all dirty and inadequate in number of towels. Just what I wanted to do on vacations, laundry. I had to do 4 loads o
