I had enjoyed SoundTouch for years listening to a large library of classical recordings stored on my NAS drive. Some months ago when I was obliged to purchase a new NAS drive (WD MyCloud Ultra) I was unable to access the library of files which I had transferred to the new drive, even with the very best efforts of a number of Bose Tech support agents who patiently tried to make connection between the SoundTouch on my home theater system and the WD NAS drive.
