I am beyond frustrated with Talabat. Every single order turns into waiting, waiting, and more waiting, and when the food finally arrives, it’s ice cold and completely ruined. This is not the restaurant’s fault, the problem is clearly with Talabat’s drivers. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and nothing has changed. The same issue keeps happening, and to make it worse, there is zero compensation or accountability. This level of service is unacceptable. If you’re based in Oman, do yourself a favor and use TmDone instead of Talabat. You’ve officially lost a customer.
