The app itself is genuinely great. it’s easy to use, reliable, and overall a smooth experience. That said, the points system feels really underwhelming. I currently have around 18,900 points saved up, but there’s barely any real incentive to use them. All of the rewards available are really small discounts (17 EGP or ~$0.32) that honestly don’t make much of a difference. they barely even cover the delivery fees! It would make a huge difference if there were more variety and value in the rewards you can redeem. For example, larger discounts, free delivery options, or exclusive deals would mak
