The customer service is very poor… They call me to talk about Talabat’s pro service 3weeks ago … and I told them I don’t need it . But without my permission they activated the service and this month once they deduct service charge for the pro subscription.. I don’t even using the app for past 2 months .. I asked them for a refund of the money deducted from my account but they said within 24 hour they will clear it but no action yet .. it’s being 2days. First of all they activated without my permission and deduction of the amount.. Second they don’t even try to investigate about this yet.. I d
