For curbside pickup, the app says to call the restaurant when you arrive (rather than hit a button in the app or join drive thru line, like other apps). But for some locations, that might not work. The manager at ours was very nice and apologetic when I waited a little longer than expected, because *they don’t have a store phone.* She said to just get in the drive thru line next time and let them know you made a mobile order, before pulling into one of the curbside spots. So nothing the location did wrong, but an issue with the app. Seems corporate needs to better figure out what will work
