I’ve been using Seamless for years and it’s time to say goodbye. I signed up as a Seamless+ member back in 2021. At some point in the last year and a half I stopped seeing my benefits in the app, so thought I had unsubscribed. Turns out there’s a weird UX loophole where if you use Apple SSO you can get signed in with an anonymized email, and you can’t access your subscription. So Seamless was taking my money every month and I had no access to my subscription and no way to unsubscribe. Customer service was zero help.
