If you live in Lorain Ohio, it is a Wendy’s that is on Colorado. They have the worst staff members. They have the worst app and delivery service customer service do not help you. They give you the run around . It takes your money off and no one wants to be held accountable for the malfunctions of the app the delivery service or the management if they say they will contact you back you will not get a phone call. I have called every day for three weeks trying to get back money that the app took off three times they gave me a coupon for it and then the coupon did not work. They have evidence that
