Works fine for techs in the field. However, there are too many issues that cause extra work for the accounting department. This is better suited for very small businesses that use QuickBooks online and has no commercial customers. You can’t set terms for each customer so they all have the same terms. You can’t set the default to automatically attach the invoice to the email notifying the customer of their invoice. While residential customers are okay with this, many corporate customers don’t want to fiddle with the link. They want the pdf so they can enter it into their AP system and not waste

I’d love to pay you 10 bucks a month. There’s no place to subscribe in your app. ———— I’m removing the app. I’d happily pay for no ads but can’t find a way to do that. Love you guys but really, the app is unpleasant.

I took 2 stars off for all the obstacles you’ll encounter trying use it. There’s always something popping up in your face when you’re trying to get to bed. I did pay for this already. I’ve used it for 10 years and can’t sleep without it. I wish it would completely stop on my iPhone XS though. If there’s a Bluetooth connection to a speaker it runs automatically even though I’ve swiped it to stop.

I use this app to track my business calls and mileage for my car. Just take a photo of the odometer when you arrive and leave your destination and you have a record for your IRS mileage deduction and the amount of time you spent on the job.
