I used to love the app, even though I had a bad expertise before but it was fine, nothing is perfect and they actually cared and called and resolved it but it kept happening with simple mistakes like late delivery but I just had the worst experience ever using the app. I ordered a pizza for a neighbor because she was really down and she was my friend, and I got the pizza and gave to her only to be surprised as she called to thank me again but joking about me forgetting that she loved chicken ranch and I got her a different one, so I checked the receipt because I wouldn’t tell someone the price

So I’ve reading on Wattpad for many years actually, and I really love the app the thought of having all these entertaining stories. And I really get that you’re trying to develop the app and give the amazing writer on it credit so you made paid stories and that’s fine , the adds were fine too. But making the offline stories only with a premium now that’s not right, I always read online at home but when I’m in on the road a lot of times I don’t really have anything but my favorite stories with me so I don’t actually get the idea of why making such a lovely app has those many complaints now I’m
