I used this app a few years ago, but after my old card expired I haven’t been able to set up a new payment source without getting the message “Network error, try again later”. When some apps fail to work, it’s an inconvenience. When this one fails it will cost you $. They have a perfect alibi: It’s not our fault, talk to whoever wrote the ticket, and the city says talk to the app people. Is this a Musk operation?Cuz you’ll never be able to talk to their “customer service”.
