Way more results than I expected
I started doing sun salutation a a way to improve my flexibility that was causing an issue in my hip and legs and that was the primary reason for using this prior to walking to rehab my leg. I figured once that was taken care of I would start working on my upper body however this short 8 1/2 minute routine is easy enough to do multiple times per week and after only four months people were commenting on my upper body development fast-forward a year and a half and my upper body has never looked this good I am 60 years old and have been exercising including weightlifting fairly intensely since I
