This is not fair to not inform the user at the beginning that there is no free or freemium option to use the app. There is also no reason for paid subscription - such app can execute purely on user's device without recurring expenses on developer side. The fair option would be to offer one-time purchase with optional paid updates. When I buy a book I become the owner of the copy. When I buy the app than can run offline I expect to become an owner of the copy.

How to escalate an issue to support level competent enough to resolve the problem rather that pushing back with standard useless responses? UPD: So you write me here that "great customer support is important for us" and at the same time direct me to use the same support channel that I already used and that doesn't want to resolve the problem? I have been using the app for many years without paid subscription as free features are more than enough for comfortable use. Finally I decided to buy a subscription for one year to support the development. Thank you for your work and for the possibility to use the app for free.

Useless if you are from Poland: impossible to add credit card, no ApplePay support. PayPal might probably work, but I don't have one. Answering below developers response: no, it doesn't accept polish cards. I don't have true "credit card", only usual ones, debit probably. Both Visa and MasterCard are rejected by the system. I don't need this app anymore, but I'm here to help just in case development team wants to improve it.

Game is ok, but full of bugs in statictics view. Support ignores any bug reports.
