I’ve purchased 6 SoundTouch units and have them placed all throughout my house. I’ve had them for a year + and been reluctant to write a bad review because I spend my professional life responding to bad reviews and find that MOST bad reviews are due to a customer not being smart or patient or understanding or all of those things.
