The app itself is nice and intuitive but the customer service and overall experience is awful. The app keeps telling me my stop service has already been processed but it obviously hasn’t since they continue to charge me at my old address. Customer service is not present and impossible to reach. No matter how many tickets you put in, they continue to charge you.
