The fact that Sony is a technology company and produces such terrible mobile apps is extremely disappointing. They build terrific cameras, yet they produce a mobile app that doesn’t work. This app has been buggy since it was released. I will no longer buy Sony camera equipment until they release a usable mobile companion app to go along their cameras. I have owned a ton of Sony cameras including the A1. I recently purchased a Nikon Z8, and to my surprise the Nikon mobile app works seamlessly and effortlessly.
