At least twice a month I am blocked out of my account and am forced to call into support where I am sucked into an hour long phone call just so I can reset my password. THE WORST BANK IN MICHIGAN. Literally have no idea why I am still associated with these bums. Constant inconveniences because of them and it is at my expense. Do not use this app or with this bank please.
