Issues with App
1) I finally was able to activate the app which is a pain. Much preferred the previous version. Whoever updated it needs to get fired.
2) Although I reported the problem months ago, you have not fixed a problem. The problem is that when you have the phone in the upright position (portrait orientation) you must hold the phone, swipe upwards way up high to hold the up position up high, and hit the red button to “submit” at the same time. It took me 4 times to try this exercise. Ridiculous. Anyways I finally got in but it took way too much effort.
