My first order was fine. I decided to use it a second time and had difficulty getting my order. The dasher had the details but the store claim no order came through. I found that strange since I used this app not door dash so they definitely should have had the order. I’m freaking out because I had no way to complain because there is no support option on the app. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my funds back since I used Bojangles app and not door dash.
