Sometimes it works great, sometimes not. There is a database somewhere that has my name for sky miles as ‘Nate’ instead of ‘Nathaniel’ (even though my phone will show ‘Nathaniel’) and the app won’t let me check-in for my flight because of a name mismatch. (But it lets me pay in miles from my sky miles….) Anyway, going to the airport early every flight and sitting & waiting for the agents to try and talk to support and get it cleared up is such a nuisance. The only way they ever get it to work is by removing my sky miles account, but then I don’t get my miles/points or my free bag check. Ho
