My item was supposed to arrive yesterday afternoon. I went on the UPS app to track my item in real time and this is where it gets unacceptable. The item was “Out for Delivery” at 10:43am and I began following the delivery on the app at 1pm. From 1pm to 9pm the truck that had my item on it was in my neighborhood the ENTIRE DAY, but never stopped by my location to deliver my item. The truck just drove around my area for HOURS, even passing my house at least 5 times without a drop off. I watched this truck on the app all day due to the importance of the item.
