Arrived at the airport in Punta Cana . Went to get our free insider to bring us to our hotel and had us booked at the wrong hote. Took over 40 minutes to get a ride. 2 days before leaving Punta Cana we call to make arrangements for a ride from the hotel to the airport and once again they still had us listed at the wrong hotel. One again we call Jet Blue and spent over 2 hours on the phone and no resolution. The hotel even called Jet Blue and we were given wrong flight number and times.
