Delivery times are all over the place, and getting in touch with customer service is next to impossible. It honestly feels like they’re using every trick in the book to delay your order. My last 10 deliveries were all over 20 minutes late. What’s worse, the food usually arrives cold, messy, or just not in a state you’d want to eat. It feels like even the restaurants have given up trying probably because they know Talabat won’t handle the food properly. It’s frustrating and not what I expect from a delivery service.
