I actually paid for a year of this app and am just a month in and regretting my decision. The app is not intuitive AT ALL and makes it so confusing to change exercises—it’ll list a machine that my gym doesn’t have week after week, even after I delete it and substitute something else. Navigating through the app on my phone is like wandering through funhouse mirrors, with no clear Home Screen. If I want to see what next week has in store for me, the days are greyed out and a little icon of a lock is on them. What?? This means I can’t tailor workouts ahead of time but have to do it on the fly dur
