It is very frustrating if you have a question that is not on the preordained help. “Contact us” is never replied to. Help links that they direct you to have links that don’t work or the menu has different options. I was given 2 choices for my home network. One choice is a city that we get on our HD antenna and is in a different state. The other choice is a city 4 hours away and those local channels don’t have our weather.
