I use today tix frequently and am happy with selection of shows, tickets and prices. I recently had to cancel my tickets about 2 days before a performance. I was told I had 2 options-1) cancel for 80% of ticket prices or 2) resell my tickets for up to 100% of what was paid for our tickets. I chose the former because I wasn’t sure if my tickets would sell. I get not being able to refund tickets with less than 24 hours before showtime. I don’t get why I would only get 80%.
