I use it for the second time and my transfer got delayed, i was thinking it’s on the receiver’s bank. Remitly already deducted my money from my bank. So i end up chatting with a live agent to get my problem resolve, while chatting with them, i send money using a different money transfer app, to the same bank i’m sending to. Lo and behold they received it. So i told that to remitly. Of course they won’t admit on anything except on apologizing that it got delayed blaming the receiver’s bank end.
