I had an account with these thieves for 13 years. It was fine until they had a glitch in their system. I paused my leads, which means I should not receive them or be billed for them, but continued receiving leads until my monthly budget was over triple my set amount. The worst part is that I contacted them over a dozen times in attempts to get this resolved, and was told I would receive a call back but never did. I was told I would get a call back every time, over and over again. And was just told my account was closed and sent to collections. This is how they treat their customers of 13 years
