What’s going on with their bank??
I tried to Zelle some money from Ally to my other bank and they froze my account, when I called them the service provider on the phone, she said you can’t send money through Zelle mobile app unless it’s online, and when I ask why she says it’s because it’s for better convenience but isn’t that what the whole point of an mobile app is for? I then went on browser on my computer tried to Zelle on my browser and it didn’t work. I then called again and got a man this time. He asked me for my full name then didn’t say anything for almost 5 minutes then asked for my name again. He barely understood w
