I tried to Zelle some money from Ally to my other bank and they froze my account, when I called them the service provider on the phone, she said you can’t send money through Zelle mobile app unless it’s online, and when I ask why she says it’s because it’s for better convenience but isn’t that what the whole point of an mobile app is for?
