Didn’t sync correctly with my online health record. Support said to contact my dr. Contacted my dr, tried again. Support said they would investigate the error. Heard nothing for a day, contacted support again. THEN they said their app doesn’t work with the Cleveland Clinic’s online system. Ok well why was I able to select it in the app and why did no one tell me this in the past several days I’ve been dealing with this problem? When I asked that, they asked for a screenshot of *their own app* saying I could sync with the clinic. So I sent that and they never responded. I messaged them screensh
