I am an employee at a busy Planet Fitness location, which consistently experiences high member traffic. Despite this, the app’s crowd meter frequently displays only one or two bars, which is highly inaccurate. Our gym remains active and well-occupied throughout most of the day, and as a 24/7 facility, an accurate crowd meter is crucial.
