PNC needs to take a lesson from Chase Bank on their app on how an app for a bank works. There have been times when I’ve gone into PNC bank and had people help me with the app and they couldn’t even get it to do what it needed to do. Apparently I cannot add payees from my phone – I have to do it from a computer. It just doesn’t work smoothly like my one from Chase does.
