Accessibility and Usability Issues This app seriously lacks accessibility features — there are no closed captions for video appointments. I’m Deaf and don’t use ASL, so I end up using Zoom or FaceTime instead. It’s disappointing that a major healthcare provider hasn’t made their app more inclusive for patients who rely on captions. Also, the app only seems to work properly on WiFi, which could be a major issue in an emergency. It’s slow, glitchy, and constantly redirects to a web browser like Safari or Chrome — where I have to log in again, only for it to bounce me back to the app and ask me
