The website has good options for stays all around and good discounts but after i had a terrible experience with one hotel, the support staff is impossible to reach…

They offer you a bunch of promotions just to trick you and then they end up magically not working and you still pay more… waste of time and energy with these guys

Liars!!! Declaring free flight change and then charging 35€ for it! What to speak of not even being able to view past journeys or book tickets properly (as the app crashes..). Useless!!
