I am deeply disappointed and feel completely scammed by TodayTix. I attempted to purchase tickets, but the app threw an error message and did not confirm the order. Naturally, I assumed the transaction failed. Hours later, I realized I was charged. Apparently, the system pushed the payment through anyway, and the confirmation email was sent straight to my junk folder. When I reached out to customer support to explain that their app glitched and forced an unauthorized transaction, they completely deflected responsibility, telling me I am liable for the purchase.
