Purchased to record calls for training purposes. Interface was great and easy to use. Worked well about 2 out of 5 calls (see rating)... On the other 3 however, the person on the other end complained of a "bad connection" and had difficulty hearing me. Was forced to hang up and call back without Recorder, and the connection was "perfect". Was super excited when I found this and happy to pay the $/min if it worked. But it didn't. Let me know when you've fixed the connection issue. Thx.
