The shopping experience is fine; it usually creates the cart without much issue. The problems arise during the pickup process. The button you click to say you have arrived does not work at my Richfield Mn location. I have to call every time. Also the feedback button in app doesn’t work. It takes you to a page all in German with no survey, feedback form or email link.
