I had an issue with my order — the items I received were completely different from what I ordered and not even related to my original selection. They were replaced without asking me. I contacted customer service multiple times to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I kept receiving the exact same copy-paste reply every time, no matter what I wrote or explained. There was no actual support or solution offered. This kind of response feels unprofessional and dismissive. I’m very disappointed with the experience and the lack of accountability.
