When it works it’s fine, but if it glitches and decides to not charge for both your payment and extra toward principal like you chose and just does the extra toward principal. They will charge you the late fee and won’t negotiate a courtesy removal. Even if you have never had a late fee before or ever asked for an adjustment and been a customer for many years. Their customer service is the absolute worst, any communication is a nightmare. So if you never need anything different and triple check everything went through properly and didn’t glitch then the site is fine. You find a glitch too late
