My physicians group recently merged with BILH in New England. With the merger came a transition to MyChart. The change has made such a difference in my ability to teach my appointments, referrals and prescriptions. When more communication is needed, MyChart facilities conversations and also allows my provider to alert me through the App/email/text/voice when changes are made so I can be in touch with them when I am available during the work day. I can also view my charts, labs and any interaction with clinical staff, even if it’s a brief one on the phone. As an added bonus, my wife, my daughte
