I’ve been playing this game for a while and I love it — I play daily on both my iPhone and iPad under the same Facebook-linked account. The game is super fun and relaxing, and I’ve even made in-game purchases to support it. But recently, I spent some of my money on gem packages on my iPhone, and then my phone broke. Now I’m playing on my iPad (same account), and none of my purchases carried over. I tried everything — deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my iPad, logging in and out, even using the “Restore Purchases” button in the game (which does nothing). What’s frustrating is tha
