Absolutely the worst customer service you can deal with. I was a Pro subscriber, and even with days left on my plan, I unsubscribed and deleted my entire account — that’s how bad the experience was. There are dozens of food apps in Qatar, Egypt, and the GCC, and every single one of them treats customers better than Talabat. Whenever something goes wrong with an order, prepare yourself for a headache. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they make you fight for your basic rights.
