I appreciate the concept behind your platform — allowing only those with verified reservations to leave reviews helps ensure accuracy and maintain trust. However, I’m disappointed that I’m unable to leave a review simply because I walked into the restaurant instead of booking through your site. I completely understand and respect the reasoning behind your policy. Still, it’s frustrating not to be able to share a very negative experience I had.
