Seamless use to be my TOP food delivery app. Hands down, was my go to app. But within the last 6 months it’s gotten really poor. Twice in the last 6 months I’ve ordered and the delivery driver kept my food for themselves. Seamless barely wanted to help me with the issue both times. Also there aren’t EVER any specials or rewards. I’ve been using Uber eats for the past 3 months and many of my favorite restaurants have BOGO specials on the Uber eats app. Not to mention, ordering with Uber eats gets you “Uber cash” after a certain amount of orders. Such a great incentive for loyal customers. Seaml
